chore(ui): whitelist tremor in 4 more large antd-coupled files

- mcp_tools/mcp_tools (361 LOC)
- claude_code_plugins/add_plugin_form (365 LOC)
- vector_store_management/VectorStoreForm (367 LOC)
- EntityUsageExport/utils.ts (369 LOC): DateRangePickerValue type only

Each file is deeply antd-form driven; tremor primitives kept behind
inline eslint-disable so lint stays green while the underlying form
migration is queued for a follow-up pass.
