chore: retrigger CI under litellm_internal_staging base

PR was originally opened against `main` which trips the
guard-main-branch workflow (external fork PRs must target a
different branch). Retargeted via `gh pr edit --base
litellm_internal_staging` per the workflow's instruction; this
empty commit forces CI to re-evaluate against the new base.

The "Verify PR source branch" gate only fires for PRs to `main`,
so it shouldn't run on this PR anymore.
