Travis Turner 2bd0677df9 Remove MaxSlice polling. Add Schema to proto. Update MaxSlices in proto to include both standard and inverse. Update LocalStatus (shared in gossip) to include MaxSlices and Schema. Encode InputDefinitions with Index.
