fix data race on call map in single = logic 
This moves the code which modifies the PQL call object if a Row query
on an int field uses a single = instead of ==. Instead of processing
this at the shard level, we'll process it during the initial
translation step so that it isn't operated on concurrently.

Getting Started

  1. Install Pilosa.

  2. Start Pilosa with the default configuration:

    pilosa server

    and verify that it's running:

    curl localhost:10101/nodes

  3. Follow along with the Sample Project to get a better understanding of Pilosa's capabilities.

Query Language

You can interact with Pilosa directly in the console using the Pilosa Query Language (PQL).
