Travis Turner	44e4b30e9f	Switch fbsql from using kafka_static to kafka_sasl ... Since we likely want to use the ConfluentCommand support in the future, this uses kafka_sasl package instead of kafka_static. That allows us to continue using non-avro headers (which the kafka package uses), but still use ConfluentCommand.
