From 7497d5fbe2d3e88a665b025c32397855e46b4c1f Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Seebs Date: Wed, 31 Mar 2021 12:27:34 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] artificially increase heartbeat TTL for tests only CI systems sometimes hiccup for five seconds, which causes heartbeat leases to fail and breaks all sorts of things. As a workaround, update heartbeat TTL for tests only.
