Adds a sibling Homebrew formula so users can opt into pre-releases with `brew install fabro-sh/tap/fabro-beta`. Pre-release tags (v*-*) update Formula/fabro-beta.rb in the tap; stable tags still only touch Formula/fabro.rb.
