Bryan Helmkamp bddd11642e docs: add dedicated Server Mode page to Core Concepts
Consolidates server-mode documentation into a single page with
standalone vs. server comparison table, setup guide, and cross-references.
Updates how-arc-works, quick-start, and architecture pages to link to
the new canonical page instead of duplicating the comparison table.

<Warning>
Arc is in private research preview. Contact [bryan@qlty.sh](mailto:bryan@qlty.sh) if you're interested in trying it.
</Warning>
<Note>
Arc has two modes:
- **Standalone mode** — Run workflows directly from the CLI. This is what the quick start covers below.
- **Server mode** — An API server with a web UI for launching and managing workflow runs at scale. See [Server Mode](/core-concepts/server-mode) for details.
</Note>
## Install
```bash
curl -fsSL https://fabro.sh/install.sh | bash
```
## Initialize your project
```bash
cd my-repo/
arc init
```
This creates a default workflow and configuration in your project directory.
## Configure API keys
Add at least one LLM provider key:
```bash
ANTHROPIC_API_KEY=sk-ant-...
OPENAI_API_KEY=sk-...
GEMINI_API_KEY=AI...
```
<Note>
You only need one provider key to get started. Add more to enable multi-model workflows.
</Note>
## Run your first workflow
```bash
arc run hello
```
