Bryan Helmkamp 74a6b219cc Fix spec: FAIL does not trigger retries, only RETRY does 
The test criteria incorrectly said FAIL outcomes should be retried.
The pseudocode (Section 3.5) and the C reference implementation both
return immediately on FAIL. Only RETRY status triggers the retry loop.

Attractor

This repository contains NLSpecs to build your own version of Attractor to create your own software factory.

Although bringing your own agentic loop and unified LLM SDK is not required to build your own Attractor, we highly recommend controlling the stack so you have a strong foundation.

Terminology
