Bryan Helmkamp f36ec7aab4 Replace git_author_name/email parameter pairs with GitAuthor struct ... Consolidates the two separate String parameters (git_author_name, git_author_email) threaded through ~10 function signatures into a single GitAuthor struct with Default providing "arc"/"arc@local".
