Replace openapi-typescript types-only output with a full TypeScript Axios client generated by openapi-generator-cli. The generated code is committed so IDE support works without running codegen. arc-web consumes the client via bun workspaces. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
