Bryan Helmkamp f0fadffb5e apply rustfmt to settings consumer tests ... Three test modules drifted to non-canonical style during the post-merge CI fixup; reformatting brings them back in line with the pinned nightly rustfmt config so `cargo +nightly-2026-04-14 fmt --check --all` is clean again.
