Bryan Helmkamp e21bc6e59d Show stage details in hover popover on run stages sidebar ... Hovering a stage row reveals handler, timing, model, and status-specific detail — failure reason for failed/retrying, notes for skipped/partial, tokens and files-touched for succeeded. Lazy-fetches per-stage events on first hover via the existing useRunStageEvents hook; HoverCard gains an openDelay so a cursor sweep doesn't trigger fetches for every row.
