Bryan Helmkamp 706413ec65 Add verifications catalog page and per-run verifications tab ... Verifications catalog (/verifications) shows all verification criteria organized by category with search, mode filter, and grouped/list toggle. Each criterion has a unique icon, type badge, mode badge, and evaluation sparkline. List view adds F1 accuracy, pass@1, and category columns. Per-run verifications tab (/runs/:id/verifications) shows the same criteria with pass/fail status for a specific run.
