Bryan Helmkamp 43a0c18161 Add GET /usage endpoint for aggregate token/cost accounting across runs 
Tracks total runs, input/output tokens, cost, and runtime in-memory
(resets on server restart). Accumulates from checkpoint node_outcomes
when runs complete. Includes per-model breakdown.
