Bryan Helmkamp aa7e4dd882 feat(types,api): add SandboxDetails control-plane model and OpenAPI schema ... Introduces a provider-neutral SandboxDetails record (state, image, resources, labels, timestamps) plus a normalized SandboxState enum and the GET /api/v1/runs/{id}/sandbox operation.
