Bryan Helmkamp e7ce0f6a86 fix(server): restore legacy vault migration removed mid-PR ... PR #306 added a temporary startup migration for pre-token/oauth vault files (commit 3448a7d06) and then deleted it 28 minutes later in the same PR (commit 437a27769) before merging. Installs that still have `credential` or `environment` entries in secrets.json now refuse to boot with `unknown variant 'credential'`. Restore vault_legacy_migration.rs and wire it back into build_app_state so old vault files are rewritten to `token`/`oauth`/`file` shape with a timestamped backup on first boot. Keep the strict `Vault::load` path (no empty-vault fail-open) so a genuinely corrupt vault still aborts startup instead of silently zeroing out secrets. The migration self-deletes after the 2026-08-18 removal deadline noted in the module docs.		2026-05-18 16:00:18 -04:00
