Bryan Helmkamp a7083bb165 Update Rust code for nested API schema types ... Update all struct constructions in demo data and server handlers to match the new nested sub-schemas. Fix aggregate usage handler to use AggregateUsageTotals wrapper, ModelReference, and TokenUsage. Update test assertions from flat field paths to nested paths.
