Bryan Helmkamp a338f8a064 Add expandable check status rows and pending question text to Run cards ... Replace simple CI dot indicators with rich check status data model (CheckRun[] with per-check name, status, duration). Cards in Verify and Merge columns show a full-width expandable status row with summary icon and text. Clicking reveals individual check results.
