Tighten pre-manifest cleanup by removing the old dotenv helper, reducing legacy .env handling to warning-only path detection, and renaming internal remote target fields from base_url to api_url. This also updates install/server docs and CLI terminology so the codebase reflects the current direct-run vs server-interface model more accurately. |
