Bryan Helmkamp 9db5740491 refactor: simplify CLI input override plumbing ... Apply review-driven cleanups on top of the input-overrides feature: extract a shared TemplateContext::for_input_scan helper for the "render inputs but defer goal" idiom (4 callers), inline the one-line apply_input_overrides wrapper, drop a redundant clone, and derive Default on ManifestBuildInput so call sites use ..Default::default() instead of spelling every field.
