Bryan Helmkamp 8cb6c4f26f Rename .dot files to .fabro and update all references ... Rename 79 workflow files from .dot to .fabro extension across fabro/workflows/, test/, test/docs/, and files-internal/demo/. Update TOML configs, Rust production code, test code, and shell scripts.
