Bryan Helmkamp 974fa5519f refactor(sandbox): move SandboxRecord and sandbox_reconnect to fabro-sandbox ... These are purely sandbox concerns — they serialize/deserialize sandbox connection info and reconstruct sandbox instances. Moving them to fabro-sandbox improves cohesion and removes workflow-layer coupling from sandbox lifecycle logic.
