Bryan Helmkamp 92bb8bbf94 Quarantine Zai E2E parity tests behind feature flag ... Zai provider tests are unreliable (editing, web_fetch, web_search failures). Gate them behind cfg(feature = "quarantine") like Inception tests so they don't block the default test suite.
