Remove server-side TLS listener support so Fabro only binds plain TCP or Unix sockets, and update docs/tests around proxy-terminated HTTPS. This also drops the removed [server.listen.tls] config shape and the inbound TLS-specific diagnostics, fixtures, and integration coverage. |
