- all_conditional_edges (ERROR): fires when a node has outgoing edges but all are conditional with no unconditional fallback, preventing silent fall-through to arbitrary edge selection. - orphan_custom_outcome (WARNING): fires when outcome-based routing lacks an unconditional fallback edge, catching typos in outcome values. - Enhanced condition_syntax rule to also validate via parse_condition(), catching malformed expressions that pass static checks (e.g. empty key). - Updated integration test graph to use unconditional fallback edge.
