Replace verbose assertion chains with insta snapshots across 4 crates: - arc-devcontainer: 3 generate_layer tests (contains → assert_snapshot) - arc-llm catalog: 7 model info tests (field-by-field → assert_debug_snapshot) - arc-llm types: 2 usage serialization tests (contains → assert_snapshot) - arc-util telemetry: 3 track serialization tests (per-key → assert_snapshot) Snapshots now cover all fields (aliases, family, training, cache costs, etc.) that were previously unasserted.
