Enables cast_possible_truncation, cast_sign_loss, items_after_statements, needless_pass_by_value, return_self_not_must_use, uninlined_format_args, unreadable_literal, and unnested_or_patterns. Keeps doc_markdown disabled. Replaces unsafe `as` casts with try_from().unwrap() throughout, using #[allow] only for f64-to-integer casts which have no try_from equivalent.
