Bryan Helmkamp d1fd6d3abf fix(web): widen Children tab and hide zero count badge ... The Children sub-tab was missing `wide: true` on its route handle, so the Run detail nav narrowed to max-w-5xl only on this tab. Hide the count badge when the value is zero to reduce visual noise.
