Bryan Helmkamp 6fa965f8aa Hold a plugin's supervisor as its provider ... PluginBackedProvider forwarded every SandboxProvider call to the current plugin generation and reported no snapshot or volume services because it could not express a per-generation borrow. The driver's PluginSupervisor now implements the provider traits itself, so fabro launches it and holds it as the provider; the wrapper goes.
