Bryan Helmkamp 64a6eafe97 fix(web): keep run detail tabs anchored on billing tab ... The billing route lacked the wide layout handle, so the parent app-shell shrank to max-w-5xl and the shared tab strip drifted toward the center when switching to Billing.
