Provides a ~55-line executor loop with pluggable NodeHandler, Graph, and RunLifecycle traits. Key types: CoreError, StageStatus, Outcome, Context (pluggable store), RetryPolicy, RunState, Executor/ExecutorBuilder, StallWatchdog. 103 tests covering all milestones: foundation types, graph/handler traits, lifecycle callbacks, executor (linear paths, terminal nodes, goal gates, visit limits, edge selection, jumps, loop restarts, cancellation, retry with backoff), and stall detection.
