StageProjection.billing_by_model and a BilledModelUsage schema that reuses fabro's type; the TypeScript client regenerated; the Billing tab's token tooltip says subagent tokens are included and priced at each subagent's model; the stage.completed docs describe the rows and the one usage rule.
