Bryan Helmkamp 28a1fc72f4 Rename FabroSettings to Settings, eliminate FabroSettingsExt ... Move storage_dir() from FabroSettingsExt trait in fabro-config into an inherent method on Settings in fabro-types. Remove the re-export from fabro-config so callers import directly from fabro_types.
