Bryan Helmkamp 375a833733 Add Steer button and inline comment forms to diff view ... Hover any line in a diff hunk to see a "Steer" button on the right side. Clicking opens an inline comment form; submitted comments persist as read-only annotations. Uses onLineEnter/onLineLeave with absolute overlay positioning to place the button at the row's right edge.
