Rename node visit suffix from `-attempt_{V}` to `-visit_{V}` and move
asset collection under `artifacts/assets/` alongside artifact values in
`artifacts/values/`. Retry directories use `retry_{N}` instead of the
ambiguous `attempt_{N}`.
