Bryan Helmkamp 0f9e31204f Add TOML-based task config for attractor run ... Support `attractor run task.toml` as an alternative to `.dot` files. Auto-detects format by file extension. TOML bundles pipeline config (graph path, model, setup commands, working directory) into a single file with precedence: CLI flag > TOML > DOT graph attrs > defaults.
