Move unit tests from engine.rs to their respective modules: - 72 tests to graph_ops.rs (retry policy, edge selection, fidelity, thread_id, etc.) - 5 tests to run_dir.rs (node_dir, visit_from_context) - 1 test to sandbox_git.rs (git_checkpoint_includes_builtin_excludes) Fix clippy needless_borrow in pipeline/finalize.rs.
