Rename directories (arc-web → fabro-web, arc-api-client → fabro-api-client), update package names, import paths, TS-only identifiers (theme key, session cookie, demo cookie, OAuth state, db filename, mock data), and supporting files (Dockerfile, docker-compose, entrypoint, CI workflow, CLAUDE.md).
