docs alongside stdio and HTTP. Restructure configuration section to
cover both cli.toml and run config TOML. Replace filesystem example
with Playwright browser automation example.

field reference for all three transport types. Add to full example.
- docs/reference/cli-configuration.mdx: Add sandbox transport subsection.

Regenerate March 7 changelog with sandbox.env, CLI renames, and missing
accordion items. Add March 8 changelog for sandbox reliability and @file
validation. Update reference docs for --goal, --mode flags, sandbox.env,
checkpoint exclude globs, [log] config, [git.author], and project_memory.

(server.toml, cli.toml, or run.toml) via Mintlify's title annotation.

Commands can now delegate to a running Arc API server instead of
executing in-process. Adds ExecutionMode, ServerDefaults, and
ClientTlsConfig to cli.toml parsing with CLI flag > config > default
precedence. The models list command fetches from GET /models when in
server mode, with mTLS client certificate auth when [server.tls] is
configured.
