Render parallel fan-out branches like subagent info lines

Browse source 
Change parallel branch entries from tool-call style (6-space indent,
spinner) to subagent info style (8-space indent, ▸ prefix, dim/static
while running). Keeps ✓/✗ glyphs on completion.
