Make GitHub more prominent on homepage

Browse source 
- Replace "Read the docs" CTA with "View on GitHub" in the hero section
- Link the "Open Source · MIT Licensed" badge to GitHub
- Link the footer "Open source, MIT-licensed" text to GitHub
