chore(spa): refresh embedded install-wizard bundle

Browse source 
Rebuild the bundled SPA via scripts/refresh-fabro-spa.sh so the Rust server
embeds the current install-wizard sources (OpenAI-compatible removed,
GitHub error banner consolidated into a single effect).
