chore(deps): bump openssl to 0.10.80 (#331)

Locks the Rust `openssl` crate to 0.10.80, the first patched release for
GHSA-phqj-4mhp-q6mq / CVE-2026-45784. Cargo also refreshes `openssl-sys`
to 0.9.116 as part of the minimal resolution.

Verified with `cargo check --workspace`.
