Goal: # Rename `[feature_flags]` to `[features]`
## Context
Rename the TOML config section `[feature_flags]` → `[features]` and the corresponding Rust struct field `feature_flags` → `features` throughout the codebase. The `FeatureFlags` type name stays as-is (only the field/key name changes).
## Changes
### 1. OpenAPI spec (source of truth)
**`docs/api-reference/fabro-api.yaml`** (~line 4276)
- Rename `feature_flags` property → `features` in `ServerConfiguration` schema
- Rename `FeatureFlags` schema → `Features`
### 2. Rust — fabro-config
**`lib/crates/fabro-config/src/server.rs`**
- Rename struct `FeatureFlags` → `Features` (line 119)
- Rename field `feature_flags: FeatureFlags` → `features: Features` in `ServerConfig` (line 140)
- Update tests: `parse_feature_flags` and `parse_feature_flags_defaults` — update TOML strings (`[feature_flags]` → `[features]`) and field accesses (`config.feature_flags` → `config.features`)
### 3. Rust — fabro-api

The only remaining references are the test function *names* (`parse_feature_flags` and `parse_feature_flags_defaults`), which are just identifiers for the test functions — not the TOML keys or field accesses. The plan didn't ask to rename the test function names, only the TOML strings and field accesses within them, which are already updated.
Here's a summary of all changes made:
