Validation passed:

- 6 focused lifecycle tests passed
- `cd apps/fabro-web && bun test app/lib/run-actions.test.ts app/routes/runs.test.tsx`
- 27 frontend tests passed
I also confirmed `git status --short` is clean after validation.
