Return infrastructure errors as Err from ScriptHandler
Spawn failures (binary not found) and timeouts are infrastructure issues, not domain failures. Return them as Err(AttractorError::Handler(...)) so the engine can distinguish them from script exit-code failures and potentially retry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
