Rewrite compaction summarization prompt for better continuity
Use structured handoff-style prompt with explicit sections (Task & Goal, Completed Work, Current State, Failed Approaches, Open Issues, Next Steps) instead of generic summarizer prompt, improving context preservation across compaction boundaries.
