delibae 311caec278 revert: restore previous app logo and icon set 
Restore icon assets (icon.png/.icns/.ico, 32/128/256px, favicon,
icon-192) to their pre-v1.2.0 versions and remove the unreferenced
Windows Square/Store, Android, and iOS icons generated from the new
logo.
