Roo Code c66bf631be fix: correct Claude 4.5 Sonnet model name in Vertex provider 
The model was incorrectly named "claude-4.5-sonnet" but should be "claude-sonnet-4-5" to match the naming convention used in Anthropic and Claude Code providers.

Fixes #8386
